The season for fresh game is October through to February.

The gamebird favourites of Pheasant, Guinea Fowl, Grouse, Wood Pigeon and Partridge are regularly available, fresh or frozen.

We also have Venison from wild Red deer supplied by stalking estates mainly in the west highlands. Recognised cuts such as striploin, haunch and saddle are available from the freezer.
