All our poultry is from Highbury Farms, they’re a white breed that have been non-intensively reared in spacious barns.
They’ve enjoyed a cereal fed diet with no growth hormones, so you can be assured of a delicious chicken due to the fact it has been cared for and allowed to develop naturally with plenty of exercise.
In addition, we also stock free-range whole chickens from The Herb Fed Company in York.
